Ashley Pavone (Co-Owner / Director)

Ashley started her dance journey at 3 years old in the same building that Synergy Dance Co. now calls home. She has participated in numerous conventions with master teachers and competed and placed at many regional dance competitions. She is grateful for the amazing performance experiences she has had, which include local community events, several NFL games, and having been part of four professional New England dance teams. Ashley has a great love and a comprehensive resume for teaching dance to all ages from the dancers walking into the studio for the first time to the collegiate level as the former coach of the Bentley University Dance Team. She studied Dance and has a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Dean College. Ashley was a part of the Boston Cannons organization for 12 seasons, serving as director and choreographer of the Boston Cannons Dance Team for 10, where she met her best friend and business partner Nicole. Dance has always been a huge part of her life and she is excited to be sharing her passion, experience, and knowledge with the next generation of dancers.

Renea 1

Miss Renea - Dance Instructor

Renea took her very first dance class at 7 years old. From the moment she stepped foot on the dance floor, her passion for dancing formed, and she instantly knew dance would have a big impact on her life. Renea has competed in several dance competitions and conventions and has attended numerous master classes. In 2005, Renea not only continued dancing, but she also started teaching and choreographing for dance classes in the very same studio she grew up in. In addition to studying Accounting at Bridgewater State University, she has continued to train in dance and especially loves the teaching aspect of it. Renea is excited to teach at Synergy Dance Co., where she can continue to share her talent and love for dance amongst all generations. Because dance has given Renea so much power and strength—in and outside of the dance studio—she wants to spread its joy and empower others. She encourages everyone to get up and dance because you never know where it will take you!
